Dumbrava Vlăsiei is for us the brave mission to grow a unique and new community for Romania. In an oasis of peace protected by the forest, in harmony with nature, people fulfill their desire to build their own architectural emblems, the ones they imagined together with inspired architects. Attracted by the biodiversity of the place, with its own dynamics, families from Dumbrava Vlăsiai find here the freedom to live and prosper at their own pace and in their own beautiful way.

The Vlăsia Forest is a large space, with meadows, forest and parks. A place where you breathe fresh air. A community of values, open minds and new ideas, made possible by the understood and assumed respect for everything that represents quality living: neighbors, nature, amenities.

Today, Dumbrava Vlăsiai is a mature project – a palpable, built reality of a reference settlement with the comfortable facilities of a modern city, with already relocated residents who live the ethos of the place, and many others who are gradually joining the community. The grove of Vlăsia is growing. Four more villages will be added to the existing one, in a final total of 5 villages and 1000 homes. It is an organic growth to which we, the developer, and the owners contribute equally. We build together, in a common vision, but also in personal expressions, a new urban dwelling in a natural space.
